You understand that Yoga, QiGong Flow, and other movement practices include physical movement and carry an inherent risk of injury, which may be serious or disabling. You agree to listen to your body, remain mindful of your limitations, and ask the teacher for support when necessary. You take full responsibility for your own health and any illness or injury that may occur during practice. The services offered are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. In all cases, you should join classes only with approval from a trusted medical professional and always follow your doctor’s advice. Alchemy Joy Inc. does not offer prenatal-specific instruction, and it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider if you are or become pregnant.
Any Hermetic, spiritual, esoteric teachings, or AI-generated spiritual tools are intended for philosophical and personal development purposes only. These offerings are not a substitute for professional mental health care, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or for medical, legal, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee specific personal transformation, wealth, or relationship success through our spiritual services.
Private 1:1 in-person sessions are offered exclusively at the client’s location. To ensure a safe, respectful, and energetically aligned experience, Alchemy Joy Inc. reserves the right to cancel or end any session at any time if the instructor determines that the space, energy, or interaction is unsafe, inappropriate, or misaligned. This includes an unsuitable physical environment, personal safety concerns, or disrespectful behavior. In such cases, a partial or full refund will be issued at the discretion of Alchemy Joy Inc.
Due to the energetic and digital nature of our services, all sales for yoga classes, packages, and other purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Private classes and group bookings can be rescheduled without penalty with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the class will not be refundable or transferred. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
All site content—including readings, PDFs, videos, and AI scripts—is the intellectual property of Alchemy Joy.
You agree to use this website in a manner consistent with spiritual integrity. Activities such as hacking, reselling content, misusing spiritual guidance, or distributing AI outputs as medical or legal advice are strictly prohibited.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or similar platforms. Class start and end times are fixed and will not be extended for late arrivals.
By participating, you irrevocably release, waive, and hold harmless Alchemy Joy Inc., its owners, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation. You agree to hold harmless Alchemy Joy from any claims related to your use of the site or services. All services are provided "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees of outcome.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation or arbitration.
