By accessing AlchemyJoy.com or participating in any in-person, online, hybrid, or digital services offered by Alchemy Joy Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.
Yoga, QiGong Flow, stretching, meditation, mobility training, and related practices involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you:
Alchemy Joy Inc. does not offer prenatal-specific instruction. If you are or become pregnant, you agree to consult a healthcare provider before participating.
These services are not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment.
Alchemy Joy may offer Hermetic teachings, Tarot-inspired insights, esoteric guidance, and AI-generated spiritual or reflective tools. These services:
You acknowledge that any choices or actions resulting from these services are solely your responsibility.
1:1 private in-person sessions are offered only at the client’s location.
Alchemy Joy reserves the right to modify, decline, or end a session if the instructor determines that:
Refunds or partial credits are issued at the discretion of Alchemy Joy Inc.
The following applies to all recurring memberships and class packs:
Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.
To cancel, you must submit a cancellation request through your customer account before the next billing date.
There are no refunds for unused time after billing has occurred.
Monthly packs (4-class or 8-class memberships):
Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class) or no-shows will deduct a class from your pack.
For unlimited memberships, repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Alchemy Joy may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active members.
All sales for classes, packages, workshops, memberships, and digital offerings are final and non-refundable.
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Digital courses, livestream access, and on-demand content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
All content—including videos, class recordings, PDFs, AI-generated insights, graphics, class sequences, esoteric tools, and educational materials—is protected intellectual property of Alchemy Joy Inc.
You may not:
Digital access is granted solely for personal use for the duration of your membership or purchase.
For livestream or hybrid classes:
If you attend an Alchemy Joy class hosted at the American Combat Dojo, you must sign the dojo’s separate waiver.
Alchemy Joy Inc. is not responsible for:
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
You agree not to:
Alchemy Joy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Payments are processed securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Momence, or similar).
Class times begin promptly; late arrivals do not extend session durations.
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
All services are provided “as is.”
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Disputes must first be addressed through informal negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration, not court litigation.
Alchemy Joy may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
