- Master’s degree in Government Administration, University of Pennsylvania
- Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University
- Former National Guard service member (Completed Airborne/Paratrooper training, Fort Benning)
- Over 20 years of professional experience with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

- Certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher
- Specializations in Restorative, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga
