ADEPT Membership

Monthly membership for steady practice — attend in-person or on Zoom. Guided with nervous-system-aware pacing.

Steady rhythm. Embodied practice.

What ADEPT Is

ADEPT is a monthly membership for steady, ongoing practice — guided with clear cues and grounded pacing. It’s designed for people who want a dependable rhythm, not occasional drop-ins.

Most classes are hybrid, so you can join in-person or on Zoom — whichever fits your life. (Restorative is in-person only.) You’re encouraged to meet your capacity and build consistency without pressure.

Not performance-based. Not a drop-in class.

Class Guide

ADEPT includes a rotating mix of practices designed to build steadiness, mobility, and nervous-system regulation. Below is a simple guide to what each class is and what you can expect.

Movement

Qigong Flow

A repeatable breath + movement sequence for grounded energy, circulation, and calm focus. Low-impact and accessible—ideal for building daily rhythm.

Mobility

Alchemy Stretch (Science of Stretching®-informed)

Nervous-system-aware flexibility and mobility training using longer holds, breathing cues, and sustainable intensity. Designed to support long-term structural health and range of motion.

Recovery

Restorative Yoga (In-Person Only)

Fully supported poses using props to downshift the nervous system and restore the body. Gentle, quiet, and deeply regulating—offered in-person only.

Deep Release

Yin Practices

Slow, floor-based holds that target connective tissue and joint spaces—hips, spine, and lower body. Great for recovery, mobility, and nervous-system settling.

Integration

Guided Meditation + Yoga Nidra

A monthly guided practice for deep rest, coherence, and subconscious integration. Yoga Nidra is done lying down and is designed to restore mental clarity and nervous-system balance.

Most classes are hybrid (in-person or Zoom). Restorative is in-person only.
